Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel Premium at any time, and you can have your money back in the first 14 days.
NoteDraft for review
This page is a draft. It was written to say exactly what the site does today, for the owner and a lawyer to review before launch. It is not legal advice.
To be completed before launch: the business name, the registered address, the governing law.
NotePremium is not on sale yet
Reading MedGrasp is free. Premium is not available to buy yet. This page describes how it will work, so you can read it before you ever pay.
Who sells Premium
Payments for Premium are taken by Paddle, who act as the seller of record: they charge you, collect any sales tax or VAT, send your receipt and handle refunds. Paddle’s own terms for buyers apply to the sale alongside this page.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from your account page (“Cancel Premium”), without writing to anyone.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Cancelling does not by itself return money for the current period.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for a full refund of that payment, for any reason. This applies to the first payment and to each renewal.
- After 14 days we do not refund the period already paid, unless the law where you live says we must.
- A refund ends the Premium access bought by that payment at once.
- Your rights under the consumer laws of your country are not affected by anything on this page.
How to ask
Use the contact form and choose “A complaint” or “Something else”. Say which email address your account uses and the date of the payment. You can also ask Paddle directly from the receipt they emailed you. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take several days to appear.
If something is wrong
If Premium does not switch on after you pay, or you were charged twice, write to us through the contact form straight away and we will put it right or refund you.
