For medical students and doctors
A free medical library, written one topic at a time.
MedGrasp is being built to explain every topic in the medical course from first principles, with its sources listed and a date on every page. Reading is free and needs no account.
Browse by discipline
Each discipline gets its own page. A page lists its topics in teaching order as they are published, and says so when there are none yet.

How every topic is checked
The short version. The full process, and what each label on a topic means, is on its own page.
Sources first
Each fact comes from a current guideline, textbook or journal article that someone opened and read. The page lists every source with the date it was opened.
A separate check
A second pass checks the draft claim by claim against those sources, looking for errors, out-of-date advice and anything unsupported.
A date and a label
Every topic shows when it was last verified and whether it was checked against sources or also reviewed by a named clinician.
Study tools
Signed-in study tools, such as practice exams and summaries made from the topics you read, are planned and are not built yet. Nothing on MedGrasp needs an account to read, and nothing you read will be hidden behind one.
